National Coordination Committee (NCC) is set to meet on May 31 on the directions of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
PM Imran Khan has called on a meeting of NCC on May 31 to discuss and analyze the coronavirus situation in the country.
The meeting will be chaired by the premier himself, whereas provincial chief ministers, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) officials and other representatives from various relevant institutions will also attend the meeting.
NCC is expected to decide on further easing, tightening the lockdown directives in the future, meanwhile it will also revisit the current COVID-19 preventive measures and instructions implemented in the country.
It is to be noted that Pakistan’s COVID-19 tally has reached 64,028 cases resulting in 1,334 deaths so far.
