TANDO JAM: In accordance with the Chief Minister’s call for the coordinated effort against COVID-19 outbreak, Inam Foundation distributed rations among 800 families in Tando Jam, on Thursday.
The foundation had also donated 1,300 coronavirus testing kits to LUMHS laboratory, Hyderabad. The kits were procured by the Inam Foundation itself.
Talking to the press, Sharjeel Inam Memon – head of the Inam Foundation, stated that the organization, named after his father, is committed to heeding the despair of the poor and has, therefore, continued to distribute rations to thousands of people in a bid to provide relief to the masses amid coronavirus outbreak which has resulted in a financial crisis for the country’s underpriviliged population.
In addition, essential medical equipment and supplies, amounting to millions of rupees, have also been donated to various hospitals across the province to assist healthcare workers in their fight against coronavirus.
