Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, on Monday, paid ‘glowing tribute’ to the two recipients of Nishan-e-Haider Captain Karnal Sher Khan and Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed for their unmatched valor and sacrifice for the country.
According to the statement issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa paid homage to the two exemplary war heroes from Sawabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Ghizer, Gilgit Baltistan respectively for their remarkable courage against all odds and ultimate sacrifice for their land.

“Nation is proud of its gallant sons for valour and unwavering allegiance to defend the country, regardless of the cost,” the statement added.
