CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah has directed authorities to ensure strict vigilance against banned outfits and organization in the province.
Chairing a meeting of the provincial apex committee at CM House on Thursday (today), CM Murad Ali Shah directed law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to keep a close watch on all banned outfits including criminal and sectarian organizations in the province.
The chief minister has issued instructions regarding monitoring of hate speech/content on social media and other ‘suspicious activities’.
CM Murad Ali Shah noted that government will not allow certain elements to fan sectarian hatred and violence in the province.
The chief minister also reiterated the need and significance of ‘establishing love, brotherhood and unity in our ranks’.
Commenting on the private armed guards roaming on the unregistered vehicles in the province, he said there is a ban on displaying arms in Sindh and such vehicles having private security guards should be impounded.
The meeting was attended by officials from Sindh Police, Sindh Rangers and Pakistan Army.
