Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah is expected to appear before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi, on Thursday (tomorrow), in Sindh Roshan programme case.
NAB has accused CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah of his involvement in multi-billion fake bank accounts scam and financial irregularities and mismanagement in in a solar electricity project known as Sindh Roshan programme.

According to details, a Rural Development Authority director-general has confessed to receiving Rs 90 million in bribe from a contractor, of which Rs 70 million were transferred to PPP leader Sharjeel Memon.

It is to be noted that the Sindh Roshan Programme aimed at installing solar powered street lights is one of the 28 cases that fall under the umbrella of fake bank accounts case being investigated by relevant authorities.
