Sefik Dzaferovic– Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan on a two-day visit on Prime Minister Imran Khan’s invitation.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Sefk Dzaferovic will pay a two-day official visit to Pakistan on 4-5 November.
The Bosnian premier will be accompanied by a high-level delegation including the Minister for Security along with Presidential Advisers.
Mr Sefik Dzaferovic will meet PM Imran Khan, President Arif Alvi, speaker National Assembly, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, adviser to the Prime Minister on Commerce and Investment and other senior government officials.
Prior to this, PM Imran had met with Bosnian premier the side-lines of 14th OIC Summit in Mecca in May 2019 last year.
Pakistan and Bosnia share cordial relations. Between 1994-95, Pakistan was a significant contributor of troops to the UN Peacekeeping Mission. Bosnia and Herzegovina provided assistance during the 2005 earthquake and 2010 floods in Pakistan.
