Son of former Secretary to the government of Azad Kashmir, Raja Farid Muhammad Rathore has been chosen as one of the best scientific researchers in the world.

Dr. Mazharullah Rathore, a Ph.D. in computer science and a gold medalist from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir after which he attended the Kyang PoK National University of Korea.
he has spoken in over 60 research dialogues, conferences and seminars in the field of research.
He currently works at the Hammad Bin Khalifah University, Qatar.
