A team of experts from Airbus will arrive in Pakistan tomorrow morning to probe the PIA plane crash.
According to the details, an 11-member team of engineers from European aircraft manufacturer Airbus is arriving to provide procedural support to the four-member committee constituted by the Pakistani government to probe the May 22 crash of PIA Flight PK-8303.
The PIA’s unfortunate flight from Lahore to Karachi could not make it and crashed only minutes before landing. Only two passengers survived from 99 onboard.
The French team is scheduled to fly out at 11 pm tonight (Pakistan Standard Time) and expected to land in Karachi on May 26, 6:40 am
The investigation team will also interview the survivors and witnesses to assist the investigation committee to reach a conclusion whether it was a technical fault, an accident, or pilot error that caused the worst air tragedy in the country’s recent history.
