Indian forces, on Monday, martyred three more Kashmiris in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK), taking the total number of Kashmiris killed in the last 24 hours to seven.
Kashmir Media Service has stated that the latest Indian terrorism resulting in three Kashmiri youth being martyred occurred in a so called search operation in Lower Munda in Qazingund area of the district.
Earlier, on Sunday, four Kashmiris were killed by Indian forces in Asthal in Kulgam district.
A total of 16 Kashmiris have been martyred by Indian troops since Wednesday. Two Kashmiris were killed in Awantipora area of Pulwama district on Saturday, two were martyred in Arwani on Thursday and another four in Melhora area of Shopian district on Wednesday.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, on Friday, cited Indian human right violations in Kashmir valley stating that Indian government has resorted to state sponsored terrorism to suppress the dissent of Kashmiri people against Indian government’s attempt to change the demographics of the region, which in fact is a blatant violation of UN laws.
