KARACHI: A blast at Karachi’s Gulbai Shershah Paracha Chowk has killed 15 people including the father of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA and #Fixit Founder Alamgir Khan and injured several others.
Police said the blast took place in a nullah located in the area and caused immense damage to the building of a private bank as well as nearby cars and motorcycles.
As per police, the injured are being shifted to Civil Hospital for treatment. It is also feared that several people could have been buried underneath the debris of the building. Heavy machinery has been called to the site to remove the debris and rescue any persons trapped there.
