HADHRAMAUT: First case of coronavirus has been reported in Yemen by the country’s health sector that was preparing the state for an outbreak, on Friday.
According to a tweet from Yemen’s national emergency committee, the patient was the resident of Hadhramaut, an oil producing region, where he worked at As Shihr port.

The patient is reportedly recovering and given proper medical attention, it is also reported that the outbreak can be “catastrophic” because the state of health sector has regressed due to five year long war between government and Saudi-led Houthi movement.
