National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has announced that exams for class 10, 12 will be held between June 23 and July 29.
NCOC has also allowed the resumption of physical classes for class 10, 12 students from May 31 with strict COVID-19 SOPs
The classes will be held on alternate days, whereas COVID-19 vaccination has been made compulsory for teachers and administrative staff in all educational institutions.
Prior to this, Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood had announced that that special O level exams will be held from July 26th to August 6th.
British Council is fully authorized to conduct mini exams series from 26th July to 6th August 2021 subject to all approved COVID-19 SOPs existing for ‘A’ level, the federal minister had said.
The NCOC meeting chaired by Asad Umar was also attended by Lt Gen Hamooduz Zaman. Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Faisal Sultan attended the session through video link.
The forum expressed satisfaction over the steps regarding the pandemic situation in Pakistan, however, they showed concerns over the rise of COVID-19 cases in Sindh province.
