Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Pakistan discuss bilateral ties and cooperation.
FM Qureshi met with Nawaf Bin Said Al-Maliki – Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Pakistan to mull over bilateral ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
The two dignitaries met in Islamabad on Wednesday (today) to discuss Pak-Saudi bilateral relations and enhancement of cooperation.
They both agreed on the tremendous opportunities of promotion of bilateral cooperation in various fields.
During the meeting Shah Mahmood Qureshi expressed gratitude to the Saudi Foreign Minister and Saudi government for supporting Pakistan’s resolution on Kashmir at the OIC Foreign Ministers Council meeting.
OIC’s reiteration of its principled stance regarding Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in Niamey Declaration is commendable, said Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
Furthermore, Pakistan reiterated its support for peaceful resolution of various issues, conflicts in the Gulf region.
