People of Azerbaijan are hoisting Pakistani, Turkish flags to express gratitude for support during Nagorno Karabakh conflict with Armenia.
Ali Alizada – Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, took to social media to share Pakistani, Turkish flags being hoisted alongside Azeri flag on Azerbaijan’s ‘State Flag Day’.
“The State Flag Day of Azerbaijan without the flags of brotherly countries would be uncompleted,” he tweeted.
Prior to this, the Azeri envoy had also shared a video showing Pakistani flags being locally produced amid high demand as people of Azerbaijan continue to express their gratitude and solidarity to Pakistan for its continuous support to Azerbaijan during the armed conflict with Armenia.

Pakistan’s unwavering support to Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh region has garnered wide praise from the people of Azerbaijan for both Pakistan and Turkey.
Pakistan has overtly supported Azerbaijan’s position on Nagorno-Karabakh, which is in line with the several unanimously adopted United Nations Security Council resolutions.
