Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Saturday, announced to resume its UK flight operations from October 30th.
As per details, PIA is set to restore its flight operations to and from United Kingdom (UK) from October 30th.
The national carrier will operate flights from Lahore and Islamabad to Manchester and London in the first phase.
The flights will be carried out with new air craft along with other essential perks including halal food and a state of the art in-flight entertainment system, said a PIA spokesperson.
Pia has already initiated booking process for the UK flights.
It is to be noted that earlier, European Union Air Safety Agency has suspended PIA flight operations in Europe for a period of six months citing safety concerns over bogus credentials of PIA pilots.
The resumption of UK flights will allow PIA to sustain its slot, as further suspension of operation might result in national carrier losing its dedicated slot.
