A large crowd gathered outside Avenfield apartments, London on Sunday chanting and sloganeering against PML-N Supremo, Nawaz Sharif, and his family.
The crowd chanted ‘Go Nawaz Go’ and held banners and placards with inscriptions against the former three time prime minister of Pakistan and his family.
Nawaz’s younger brother Shehbaz Sharif was also met with the wrath of the charged crowd who chanted and sloganeered against him.
The Sharif’s are facing multiple corruption inquiries while some family members have also been convicted.
The reaction comes after Nawaz’s firebrand speech against the Armed Forces of Pakistan via video link in the recently concluded APC held by the parliamentary opposition.
Nawaz is currently nursing a critical illness in England with no reprieve in sight.
