Four terrorists are reported to have been killed, whereas two soldiers were martyred in North Waziristan, reported ISPR on Wednesday.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces raided a compound in Mir Ali, North Waziristan on intelligence reports regarding presence of wanted terrorists on Wednesday a day earlier.
“During intense exchange of fire, 4 terrorists were killed. These terrorists were involved in kidnapping for ransom, extortion, fire raids on security forces and IED explosions,” said ISPR.
Meanwhile, martyred soldiers have been identified as Naib Subedar Amin Ullah age 42 years resident of Chitral and sepoy Sher Zamin age 24 years resident of Landi Kotal.
Four other soldiers were also wounded in the raid.
